Compensation on Cancellation of flight VY**** on July * from Valencia to Barcelona. Won my case, but haven't received the monies due. Vueling have informed twice an EFT to my account. Money has not arrived and my local Bank is asking for payment details. Can't contact Vueling customer service by e-mail, I get an automated reply saying to contact Customer Service Centre. The amount quoted in compensation is unknown but after * months waiting, the agent told me yesterday I had to open a ticket for each passenger. I had opened only one to me, but it is pending for My Wife and My Son, so I need some help to replicate the ticket for thjem and finally got the money. Very poor customer services, several emails, at least * calls and several web trials. Booking code DIMK*B and passengers were Gerardo Sotela, Irma Maria Golcher and Adrian Sotela
