Hello,*I still did not receive my checked-in bag after my flight on August ** * ****, i flew from Malaga AGP to Nice NCE with * stop at Barcelona BCN airport, flights (***** & *****)*Booking code & bag tag No. ( N*HQKS * **** VY ******)*It has been almost * months and i am still waiting for my bag,*The first P.I.R given to me was (NCEVY*****), *After few days a wrong bag was delivered to my hotel, i returned it to NCE airport, where i was given another P.I.R (NCEVY*****). I checked out from the hotel on August ** and there was no delivery until then. *After that, the SAME WRONG BAG was delivered to Kuwait (my permanent address destination) TWICE, I returned it both times. That bag belongs to somebody else but it had the “right tag on it” (my booking code on it)!!! *Apparently after the last delivery my case was closed and i’ve been calling the customer service almost every day ever since asking for my case to be re-opened so the search for my bag continues. I’ve stated the content of my bag clearly in the P.I.R, so i need you to trace my bag by it’s content as it might be tag-less or tagged with other passenger’s tag on it!! Every time i call the customer service they tell me that “they are reporting my case” but there has been no response what so ever and nothing new is happening. I need somebody with higher authority to do something effective and get in contact with the airport’s lost & found department & get them to start searching! This search should be at all * airports (Malaga, Barcelona & Nice) & Vueling’s main warehouse in Madrid. **Regards,*Salem
