I made a claim because our flight to Florence on Saturday **th October was severely detailed. This meant that we did not get to Florence until *am Sunday **th October and our apartment could not be accessed after midnight. The cost of this apartment was *** euros. We had to pay for another hotel which incurred an additional charge of course . I also need to let you know that the very rough landing meant that I have suffered an acute episode of back pain. Initially this disappeared after *-** minutes but then returned very acutely the next day meaning that I could not walk and was screaming out in pain for * days. My reason for traveling to Florence was to attend a conference on psychoanalysis which I could only attend part of due to severe discomfort. This also meant that I missed the ** hour deadline for the refund link to claim back my delayed flight compensation. My claim number is *-***********. My booking code is FEEPFQ. I am most irritated that to call you means a premium charge. I would like a refund of any charges incurred by trying to call you. This is not right.
