To Whom It May Concern,**I booked my flights online with Veuling flying from PMI Palma Mallorca to Paris Orly on Monday the **th of August flying out at **:**pm VUELING FLIGHT * VY**** BOOKING REFERNCE JF*P*N SEAT ***F ***. *I paid my check in luggage informed the airline I am a special needs customer and suffer form PTSD and high depression and anxiety.*For this I travel with my Yorkshire terrier dog which is * kgs He specially assists me in all aspects of my life.*I arrived well in advance * hours at the airport for check in as I know this is the best thing to do . I got to the front check in they girl tells me my paper work is incorrect then tells me as well I must purchase a bag for my dog to go in with holes which I agree to do . I did not agree that my dog is not special needs anyways as he is my assistance dog, the lady took my papers and never returned them to me ( *** NOTE*** These are very expensive government official documents that I can now not obtain and will be avery lengthy expensive process which causes me great stress I will seeking reimbursement for replacing these documents***). *So i go the Iberia office as directed to wait in line and the lady has me pay my for the dog travel bag which takes a very long time she then tells me i will pick it up at the veuling ticket office where I also pay the dog . I go the Veuling office and the guy tells me they have no dog bags there I have to go back to the lady which is incorrect she’s des not have the bags either! . I then pay the dog ticket and proceed back to Iberia Ticket office the lady tells me she doesnt have the bag and has to call the check in desk to get the bag. I go back to check in and they have no idea whats going on . The girl at counter ** had changed shifts and lost my paperwork and did not know how to get the dog bag. The time now is ** mins to boarding and they have not checked my bag in but have a ticket on it and have not given me my tickets . The girl behind desk went missing for ** minutes. I then have to keep asking other staff whats happening. The guy tells me I will get to flight and takes me through another security check point. Where I was treated with more stress.*I get on the aeroplane and have not had the chance to open the new dog bag i purchased as i had to get down the aisle with many passengers still not seated . The stewardess comes over just at take off not before when i came on which would of been better and starts telling me to put dog in the bag and of courses im opening the plastic on the bag to do so but she’s talking to super rudely to me like im not doing it . I was put under EXTREME STRESS AND PRESSURE and have never felt so much anxiety in my life this is not the way to treat full paying customers who have been delayed by incompetent staff already along the way She was telling me im the last on the plane which is completely not my fault.*I would like to take this matter legally and it will be going much further with an attorney. You can not put people through all these loops and take money when you don't even have a proper efficient system in place. I did not need to be put through this.. I request a full refund on my flight and all the extras i paid as well as future credits as I will have to go to more therapy for this and as well as paying thousands more to get my lost documents back . *You need to have better trained staff and implements in place . I travel as an assistance passenger and should be treated accordingly.**To add to note I was ignored two times within the flight when needing urgent assistance and the stewardesses ignored my bell and attended a lady behind me . This is m*the poorest quality service ever on an airline. This was not in a turbulence period or food and drinks service it is at *:**pm and i have been walked past many times still .
