I need to reply the e-mail of Vuerling but on web site form there is not a field to fill and we can not reply by e-mail. **This is the reply of Vuerling about the compesation claim:**Ref: Your claim – *-************Dear costumer,**We acknowledge receipt of your claim dated ********** **:**:**.**First of all, we regret the cancellation of your flight VY**** operated from FLR ORY on **********.**While Vueling commits to operate flights with punctuality, infrequently there are events arising outside of our control which are unpredictable and unavoidable, causing the disruption of a flight.**Regarding your claim for a compensation, Vueling has analyzed your case, which must be dealt with under the Regulation (EC) N* ******** (the “Regulation”) and the relevant legal doctrine from the ECJ.**In this case, however, we regret to advise no compensation is due, because the cancellation of the flight was caused by the congestion of the air traffic, which caused the application of further air traffic regulations, restrictions, limitations and additional measures to ensure safety on the number of flights allowed to be operated, all of them understood to be considered as “extraordinary circumstances”, as set out in Article *.* of the Regulation and under the ECJ legal doctrine.**Because of the nature of the event, Vueling could not avoid the disruption as this was caused by an unpredictable, unavoidable (although taking all reasonable measures) event, falling outside Vueling’s control and therefore, Vueling could not apply any additional reasonable measures to subsequently try to at least minimize the disruption.**Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have suffered by the disruption to your flight.**Best regards,**Customer Service Department**VUELING AIRLINES S.A.****And this Bellow is the reply that I want to send to Vuerling:**Dear Vuerling,**I receive your reply but I know about the decision of TJUE that we have the right of the compesation because strike is not considered an extraordinary circumstancy.**At the moment of check-in we were inform by Vuerling that the reason of cancellation was a pilot strike of Vuerling in Marsella and we also read the communication on Vuerling website and e-mail.**See bellow the notice about the European Court:**Since the latest European Court ruling announced airline personnel strikes are no longer considered extraordinary. Therefor passengers suffering flight cancellations due to the Vueling pilot strike could be entitled to compensation going up to €*** per person. Besides compensation, under EU Regulation ********, passengers are entitled to a replacement flight or refund of the ticket. For delays exceeding two hours, passengers are entitled to care such as food, drinks and a hotel stay if needed.***Please we need to know how you will do the tranfers of the * compesations tax, because the credit card that we use to buy the tickets os cancelled and we have a new number now.**Thank You.**Isabela and Fabio
