Dear VF executives, *Sub: Wrong & Faulty Billing *I am Raja Reddy Paladugu*My phone no is ********** post paid. *I am a very old customer of IDEA and *I was very comfortable with IDEA service all these years. **During the period of transition from IDEA to VI, I came to US on *th July ****. *The I R Service for USA Rs ****- plan was activated on *th July for my SMS use only, and it worked very well. **During this period, I received two bills of very high amount. For JULY - Rs ******- and for AUG - ******-.**I tried to contact VI when I received high bill in JULY, could not reach any CC service agent of VF or IDEA. I was frustrated,but paid the bill to keep the SMS service active. After paying the bill, I sent emails, there was no response forthcoming. **Meanwhile, I tried to get contact the phone numbers I got from the site. *None of the phones were reachable.* ***** *********-************ ***** ********* ***** ******And I tried free phone service also. **** ***** ***********@***.com******@***.com**** ***** *****. There was no help forthcoming. *Meanwhile, next bill appeared with High Voltage shock. With **K plus. *Both the times it is mentioned “One time charges” applied. *I never opted for any such one time option. *The VI APP was downloaded and it was not user friendly APP. I never got my service requirements through, other than promotional flashes. **Now please check my usage, I never used IR for any other service other than SMS. It was for only SMS purpose I activated International Roaming. That is Rs. ****- plan. I will pay as per the plan I activated my IR. Hence, I request you to revise the bill accordingly and send. **I will not be in a position to pay the high bill for which I have not opted. **Request you once again to send a revised bill which is in line with my OPTED PLAN of *Rs. ***.****Regards *RAJA REDDY PALADUGU *Mob: **********
