My mother set up an account with Vodafone that included both her mobile number (*****) and her landline (***** ******) with Nicole in your Worcester branch. The package was for Home Broadband & landline for £**.** ppm and the mobile for £*.** ppm., total £**.** ppm.*However, she neglected to set up a standing order with her bank, Lloyds. She is ** years old and has some issues.*Consequently, she has been disconnected for non payment. Her mobile account number is **********. What I assume is her main account is ********. Her name is Brenda Coker at Farthings Green, Sharpway Gate, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B** *AZ.*I am her son and would like to resolve this situation, pay any outstanding bills and get her reconnected with you. I will also set up a monthly standing order.*My name is Marc Coker and my email address is *****@***.com. If you need to contact me by phone or text, I'm on ***** ******.*I would like to resolve this as soon as possible, she is isolated in Worcestershire whilst I live and work in London.*Many thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.
