Help with my Vodacom issue

I sent a email on the **th Feb requesting a cancellation as we have sold our home . I got a electronic reply saying someone will contact me , when no one did I phoned into the fibre division and asked them why. they told me the request for cancellation was activated and they will contact me . I told them we were leaving the country and he said they would send a email . My account is still currently being debited and I get balances and statements as if noting has changed . I have even written to the co. secretary, who has just ignored my email . I can be contacted on *****@***.com, or phone me in Panama ***** ********, we are * hours behind sa time . I am extremely disappointed in Vodacom ! my account no ******** * *service request SR****** ******
