I bought a new kika * about * weeks ago. Without even using it I received a message, storage extremely low, so I bought a new memory card which my phone refused to access. Went to a four different shops and finally found one with a technician. He battled to open the files, but eventually did. Since then I get a message that all my airtime is gone. I jhave not even made one call yet. It had R**,**. The problems are not something that I could possibly resolve myself. I do not use data except at home Via my WiFi, as I have a landline. Please advise as each time I have to go to a technician, it costs me and the reason I bought a cheapish phone as I cannot afford anything better and I do not require anything fancy. Thanks Cynthia
