Good Day. I was previously on On-biller uChoose flexi ** package This has expired some time in August **** if I am correct the **st. I was still buying my data and airtime as usual. Realising I am most probably paying usual rates. On the **st I received a sms notifying me I am back on the same plan."Your migration to the On-biller uChoose Flexi ** package ** has been completed successfully"I am no happy with this. Who gives you guys the right to randomly just except this is what I want. I have not given consent that I am happy with this plan. And that it is fine to do so.No one contacted me to inform me that I have to make a choice regarding my billing choice before a certain date iether. So no customer service or communication. Please remove this billing plan immediately please as I am highly unsatisfied with this billing option. As I would prefer to have the normal benefits as a power bonus member. I spend money on data and air time and would like to redeem my talking points for data or so as well. I have billed my phone with a ** airtime and cannot redeem it.This is totally against consumer rights. As I have not given permission to go back to this billing option at all.*. And now that I am over with the "contract "period. I still can not choose what I want. But I pay my data every month. *Give me what I want not what you think I want.*I have been a loyal cash customer for a long time .I am missing on very important calls and rhis is killing me . Please assist and retrive my cell munber ********** as it is currently not working.
GetHuman-phillemo did not yet indicate what Vodacom should do to make this right.
