If you are looking for a refund for an order or item you bought from Frigidaire then you will need to email or call the company directly. If the item was bought from a third party company then you will need to contact them, not Frigidaire.

Vivid Seats sent me an email today and notified me that I need to contact them in * days to let them know I would like a total cash refund. However, I am not able to talk to a representative and I only get an automated voice message.** My order number is ********. **All the best,*Susan Biernot
