So I need to recover my account and the only way to do it is to get a new password. The problem is whenever I try to create a new password by clicking on the reset password option and entering my email, i never receive the link in my email. I thought it was my email at first but I receive other emails from other people regularly with no problems. So I kept trying to reset my password with no luck because i never get the email with the link from vivid seats despite it tellng me i did. I have bought two tickets for upcoming concerts for almost ($***) and now i cant access them to print them out because I can't access my account *:(. I've been trying to contact them but they haven't answered..I don't know what to do.
GetHuman-jmolin did not yet indicate what Vivid Seats should do to make this right.
