I have not received payment for the last two weeks, ending April **th and May *st. I have filed via phone twice for my continued weekly benefits---and then online on gov*go website and received confirmation numbers for both weeks when I filed online. Then I tried to start an entire new claim, based upon a letter I received saying I needed to "refile" for the year. However when I tried to file a brand new claim, the Gov*go site says the following "Submission error **** PEUC was automatically filed by the system for the provided SSN. There is no need to submit a **** PEUC claim at this time. Please file your continued weekly claim for benefits or contact the VEC call center at *-***-***-**** if you need further assistance." *I called, and pressed option * when prompted and there is nothing- no ringing, no holding, no person. Please help? thank you
