I was trying to cancel service to my * cellphone with same numbers. ... I am Juan A. Calimoso, I have two cellphones from Virgin Mobile (now Virgin Plus) with same number I want to cancel service because of financial incapacity. I am a senior (** yrs. old* and I am struggling to pay my bills. My cellphone number is *-*** - *** - ****. I have a pre-authorize deduction to the sevice in my bank account with CIBC Guildford. Can I expect that the pre-authorize deduction be stopped after this request? - - Thank you.

How GetHuman-juancali fixed the problem
For two days every morning and afternoon I keep on calling Virgin Plus. I tried every number that they have that I was able got hold and luckily I was able to talk to a human. I did not know my plan number, pin *, monthly bill and last bill payment because I have a pre-authorize payment with them and bank do not issue anymore bank book. I must ask the bank for a statement to know how much was my last payment. I have to go back and fort to their office in Guildford Mall to get the information they required of me. At last after going thru a very circuitous procedure I was able to have the service with them cut.
