Activated a new account, first month double billed second charge returned* second month , double billed told they could not return yhe second charge was left at dinner with no way to pay the resteraunt, canceled preauthorized payments. Phone data consumed at unusually rapid rate (** gb usually lasted full month without issue) not notified that data was used up and was being billed for additional data use* did not learn this until account credit for the double billing ( $**) was used up and an additional $** was charged to my credit card after preauthorization was canceled. Spoke with customer service and wZ informed I would be credited for the bill and unauthorized payment would be returned to my credit card*Account balance is now zero and due to roll over tomorrow I have not received the credit and the payment has not been returned which will leave me without a phone in an hour and needing to pay ** dollars to keep my phone active.*I want what I'm owed *** dollars and my account closed to never use Virgin mobile again
