Website to find a local store did not work, so I called customer service. They advised me that WalMart and Target carried Virgin Mobile phones. I went to WalMart, no Virgin Mobile phones. I went to Target, no Virgin Mobile phones. I called a Super WalMart, and they had * low-end model. Super Target had nothing. **So after * *** hours of trying to find one locally, I gave up and ordered online. It was Sunday, so I called to see when the phone would arrive. I was told the *-day service would arrive on Tuesday. I asked about their *-day service and was told it would also arrive on Tuesday. Their Customer Service representative was firm, and repeated often that there was no point in paying the extra fee for rush service - either way would arrive on Tuesday.**On Monday, after COB, I get an email that my phone has shipped and will arrive on Wednesday. How VERY frustrating. I would have happily paid the extra $* to have the phone on Tuesday. **Frustrated, I called their Customer Service once again. I was hoping to help the next customer. **He recorded my complaint, then told me that I could buy a phone at WalGreens. So I visited WalGreens, and they do not carry Virgin Mobile phones. **This was bordering on ridiculous, so I called once again, to inform them that I was STILL being given misinformation! The Customer Service woman told me that Virgin Mobile phones are only sold at SPRINT stores now, and that has been the case for a month. **I want Virgin Mobile to train their Customer Service representatives, so they give factual information. If I had been told "Sprint store" on Sunday when I originally called, I'd have a phone in my hand right now. Instead I have to wait * more days.
GetHuman-lalipkin did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
