The issue in GetHuman-chefscot's own words
First off I have the app on my phone and received a text the Black Friday sales started on Thursday I immediately got online to order Sherpas and they were already sold out within minutes then on Black Friday I stood in line outside of the Westmoreland Mall, Greensburg, PA Victoria Secret store for ** to ** minutes @ *:** AM. They were letting about ** people in at a time the $** display along with Sherpas with and without a hood were on the table right in front of the store. There were literally * clerks handing out the Sherpas from the table in the sizes needed. I even asked the clerk for a sherpa with a hood and they said they were out of them so she handed me one without a hood in the size I needed. I then stood in line for another ** to ** minutes waiting to be checked out. The clerk was taking off the sensors the closer we got to the register. The clerk then advised me that the Sherpas that I had were not the ones on sale. When I got to the register I told the clerk I would probably need to see a manager. I told her the situation she called someone after telling me that I was the *th customer that she alone had with this same issue. That person came to the register she then called a manager on her headset and the manager said there was nothing that could be done the signs had already been taken down off the table.... needless to say I was not happy at this point and my daughter was not happy she didn’t get her Sherpa! I did not fill this was fair at all and the manager would not even address the situation in person only by a headset through another clerk ..... A response to this issue would be greatly appreciated!
