Hi I purchased * pink bras for my daughter and she was sized wrong, the bras bruised the middle of her chest and she left them in closet until I could figure out how to exchange them without a receipt. They were purchased in September of ****. I went to the Quaker bridge mall pink store and I spoke to Carmella who told me her name was Cris or that Cris was the manager and that she would leave a note. I went today, to the same store I spoke to last night, to exchange the bras that I was promised. Today I spoke to Paul about exchanging the * bras, Just to exchange, I spent a lot of money on my daughters bras to have been sold the wrong size. I did not know that my daughter cut the bra tag off, like she does to all her bras. The bras look brand new and had no damages on them. What can I do to get an exchange on the bras???? I don’t know if I paid card or cash, but I just want an exchange, due to an error on your stores employee. I have been buying from you guys for years and never have had problems, until today.
