My daughter found pants product ************** for $**.** and so we bought them. Unfortunately the clerk didn't take off the security tag at the bottom of the pants so after going back to my family memebers home where we were staying for the weekend we had to change our departure plans the next day and drive back to the store to have the tag removed. I hate to complain but it was a complete inconvenience and the clerk who assisted us when we returned laughed about it saying didn't it beep when you walked out of the store--seriously if it would have beeped do you think we would have drove across the city some place in Calgary to come back the next day to have you help us. Please have staff check upon purchase as I wish they could have provided a better response and something for the trouble of coming back. Something to note in the future.
