I have been a loyal customer to Victoria’s Secret for years always buying new panties, bras, sleepwear even when it’s not needed. I had previously noticed the decline in quality of products of some of the bras as many seems are created by gluing the fabric over rather than stitching. So there have been quite a few bras that I have lost over the years after a few washings. I have always had an abundance of bras so never concerned me. However, after purchasing several pairs of panties last year and watching them fall apart quickly, my allegiance to VS is declining. I have several pairs of VS thong underwear (they are made the kind that are seamless) and they have each started to tear in the same spot that after wearing maybe * times in * * year, they need to be thrown out. These thongs both had mfr dates of ****. The read goes across the panty where the extra lining material starts. I am beyond disappointed, as we know nothing at VS is cheap, and this is beginning to steer me away from purchasing additional items (and I have a backlog of gift cards to use). I am tired of spending the money and throwing items out after minimal wear - I might as well spend *** the cost and buy elsewhere if I have no faith in the quality.
