If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I’m so sorry this is * time. I send a message for *****@***.com about my problem I cannot download Viber,because for some reason my account was blocked . And viber * times answered to me automatically answer , but my problem is steel the same. Your operator wrote to me that my viber is loked I don’t know why, because I didn’t do anything an legal . Please don’t sent to me automatically answer, just help me to solve the problem. Because I cant write to you all the time the same story.!
