I need to speak, on the phone, with a Verizon wireless customer service 'agent' immediately…*First off, my bill isn't due until July *th, but the evening of July *th at **:** pm PST my phone service was shut off. Using My Verizon App, on my home WiFi, I updated my payment info, enrolled in Auto Pay and added $**.** in funds to renew my Unlimited*$** monthly plan.*I restarted my cell phone after attempting to send out an unsuccesful SMS. Its showing my plan is inactive again, and my phone's not working! My Verizon app says I'm on the **GB*$** monthly plan?!!? And I need to add funds to activate my service! *This is ridiculous. I don't know what happened, but I need it fixed immediately. I can't afford to add another $** to my account to get my phone back on right now, even though it is detrimental that I have a working cell phone. Because of COVID-** I'm unemployed, my small house cleaning business didn't make it, and I have * children not even in school yet. I need my phone plan in service.
