My August bill for August *rd was for **.** which I paid over the phone on August **th. then on August **th I get an e-mail telling me that I missed my payment and that with my next payment would be ***.** so I paid that because I didn't want my service shut off. When I got my bank statement it said that on the *th of August the **.** had been taken out of my checking account. The ***.** was for the August payment and the September payment. Today I went into the Verizon store to pay my October payment and talked to a young man in there about this problem and he said it looks to him as if Verizon held the **.** from my bank account on August *th but was credited to an account that was not mine. I have been trying to call customer service about this for the last month but can't get anyone. I would like this problem taken care of because now I have lost **.**. Any help would be appreciated.
