I bought a phone Saturday and paid for StraightTalk*Verizon service. I wanted to keep my phone number though so they said it could possibly be * business days before that could happen and I could then use my phone for calls and texts. It has been * business days and my phone still does not allow me to use it for calls and texts. I have called customer service and can't get any where because you have to put your phone number in and that is what the problem is! I need to be able to use my phone it has been * days, is it not going to transfer my number? Do I need to go with another carrier? My other phone completely died so I have not had a phone in * days.
