No it is not fixed just gets worse! They called me as asked but didn't talk call WAS ACTIVE then they hung up AND DONT CALL ME BACK WHEN THEY KNOW IM TRYING TO REACH THEM! THE CALL WAS ACTIVE I HAD TO END THE CONNECTION AFTER THEY HUNG UP!

Verizon takes my money every month NO PROBLEMS THOSE CALLS BUT ANYTHING ELSE THEY DONT RECOGNIZE SAME NUMBER AS USED TO ACCESS TO PAY BILL * DAYS LATER WHEN WANTING TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! JUST HANGS UP ON ME THEN LEAVE CALL BACK REQUEST ON HERE AFTER GOING THROUGH HANGUPS OVER *-* HRS TO NOT GET THE CALL BACK WAITED * MORE HOURS ON. CANT GET ONLINE ACCOUNT TO RECOGNIZE NEW LOG IN INFO JUST CHANGED IT TO * MONTHS AGO CAUSE DIDNT REVOGNIZE THAT INFO EITHER ON AND ON! VERIZON NEEDS TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR CONTINOUS MONTHS OF LIES AND NO SERVICE AND FOR ALL NUMEROUS HOURS SPENT GOING THROUGH THIS FARCE! SEEING THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS DEALING WITH SAME ISSUE NO MATTER WHICH ISSUE SELECTED AND I HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERANT ISSUES! HOW CAN THIS BE LET CONTINUED BY VERIZON EVEN IF I SWITCHED PROVIDERS NOW WHAT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR UP TO NOW?
I DONT WORK FOR THEM I'M PAYING THEM FOR A SERVICE THEYRE NOT GIVING THEN SPEND HOURS TRYING TI TALK TO THEM ABOUT IT! THEYRE LACK OF SERVICE COSTS ME LITS OF MY TIME I SHOUKDNT HAVE TO DO THIS I DONT OWE THEM THAT!
CALL ME AND IF DISCONNECTED CALL ME RIGHT BACK AND CONTINUE TO CALL UNTIL ALL MY ISSUES ARE ADDRESSED AND FIXED NOT JUST AVOID AND HOPE TO WEAR PEOPLE DOWN TILL THEY GIVE UP! AFTER HAVING BAD SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN TO PUT UP WITH NO SERVICE OF EITHER KIND WHAT THE **** VERIZON! HOW UNSCROUPULOUS, DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNCONCHINABLE AND DIRTY DO YOU GET? IS THEIR NO INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM, PRIDE OR DIGNITY WITHIN THIS COMPANY BY ANYONE?
I have been a customer for years my son &husband several several years longer than me but as a family over ** and all paid and paid and paid!
EVERYTHING, SO MUCH TIME, PATIENCE, CONTINUED LOYALTY, WANTING TO GIVE THEM FAIR CHANCES, ANOTHER CHANCE, * LAT TRY, JUST * MORE, ETC ETC ETC! IT'S MADDENING IRRITATING AND US AND OUR FAMILIES QUALITY OF LIFE SUFFERS IN SI MANY RESPECTS FROM THE RIPPLE EFFECTS OF IT ALL!
