I activated my new Verizon prepaid phone with my old sim card from the same model Verizon prepaid phone. My account says it's active I used a prepaid card to add to my account I logged into the same account I used for my last phone yet I still have no service and the Wi-Fi calling doesn't work it's as if I haven't paid the bill and I'll still have to pay for the next month on the *th instead of a month after I actually get my service. I have turned the phone on and off multiple times
