I need to order another pre-paid cell phone (Kyocera Dura XV Extreme). I am a Verizon customer (***-***-****). Your website will accept my password and ID, but I cannot complete the "most memorable location." My favorite food is salad. My favorite color is blue. What else do you need to know , so I can order a phone.*When I went to a Verizon store, they said that they cannot order prepaid phones.*I need your help to order a new phone and continue with my Verizon prepaid service!
