I tried to sign up for Fios online (therefore I do not have an account yet, I was trying to set one up) and I got an error message when I tried to process my payment info. I then checked my bank account and it turns out i was charged * times for this $**.** fee. This happened last Monday, November **th, and I still have those * transactions "pending" in my account, which means I don't have access to over $*** of my money for the past week. I called Verizon for help and after being transferred multiple times, they said I can't do anything because I don't have an account to look up (since I was trying to set one up at the time as I was signing up for Fios). I need these pending transactions to be dropped ASAP.
GetHuman-edooley did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless Financial should do to make this right.
