Need to make sure the arrangement that I talked to the Verizon chat specialist about paying *** Friday and paying every Friday til it’s caught up is also okayed with you guys at financial department! They told me to verify that you all would NOT suspend my lines again?! Please let me know that this is ok

Make sure the suspension stays lifted so I can keep working I use my mobile phone to make my income and need to be able to pay *** every Friday to catch it up without interruption ... So I had auto pay set up and long story short our account was fraudulently wiped out completely and by the time we learned of it our balance was sky high. We are continuing to pay every extra penny we have each week which is about ***$ weekly and plan to continue to do this until it’s cleared up but I was just told by Verizon chat service to contact financial services and make sure they wouldn’t suspend my service while I’m trying to catch it up because I make my income using my mobile phone line to do so. I will be paying *** by August * and continue to do so every Friday until it’s cleared completely as long as I keep access to my line while I’m trying to pay it off I just need confirmation that this arrangement is just as ok with financial services as it was with Verizon chat services thank you so much this has been a financial hit no one could have prepared for
That I make my income using my mobile device and that I’d rather keep the line on and keep making money to square up the balance rather than being shut off because then I won’t be able to make money to keep paying it
Allowing my lines to stay active so I can keep making income and pay it off weekly because the only reason I fell behind was due to fraudulent activity that wiped out my entire account two months ago or so
About a year maybe more
I’ve talked to chat specialist who got permission from supervisor to lift the suspension we’re just trying to make certain you don’t put it back again so I can keep paying on it every week thank u
