I called Financial Services and spoke to a woman named Jasmine and she switch my bill from last month that was supposed to be due on April **th which I had made a promise to pay agreement to pay on May *rd and the bill amount that was agreed to pay was $***.**. We need a payment of $*** on May *rd and now it's asking for something else that is due on top of the $*** and asking for more money which is completely without question wrong so the bill bill was $**.** which we need a payment for $*** on May *rd and that's it now our next bill is supposed to be due on May **th but like I said this last Bill is saying that we still owe money which is wrong.
