The issue in GetHuman-lddiaby's own words
On May **, **** I had Verizon Fios installed at my home. The representative who talked me into the deal has informed that I had ** days trial so i can cancel within that timeframe before early termination an*fee kicked in* and which i did on June **, ****. I called on that day to cancel my service and was told by a manger that he would do so. I discovered the next day that my service was still on and when I called back again and this time I was told by a different manager who adviced me that he was not able to do so because I am on a * year contract and that I would be charged an early termination fee if I do cancel. Needless to say o was completely baffled and it seemed that I have been duped by con artists.
GetHuman-lddiaby did not yet indicate what Verizon FiOS should do to make this right.
