If you are having technical issues please reset your modem or device by turning it off for 15 - 30 seconds and then turning it back on. If the issue stays then you should call support.

I got Verizon FIOS Internet installed this morning. The technicians said it was working properly but I am now trying to connect to the internet and it will not work. I called Verizon FIOS support, spoke to a customer service rep who put me on hold for ** mins while transferring me to another rep who wasn’t even a FIOS Internet service provider. She transferred me to another line, where I have been on hold for over an hour. *I tried using your app to troubleshoot (unplugging everything, resetting the ONT, removing the back of the battery pack to adjust wires) - nothing works and I can’t get anyone on the phone. I’d like to cancel my service - this is horrible customer service and I will go back to Spectrum.
