Somebody called my number, but when I answered, no person was on the line (just background noise). So, I don't know whether it was fixed or not

The issue in GetHuman-clintsp's own words
Our TV reception is periodically interrupted by a screen stating "In order to start cable service for this device, please contact your cable provider (with a phone number)"* It then states "CableCARD ID: **********, Host ID: ***********, Data: **********"* It then has a "unitaddress, a card serial number and some other symbols and numbers. I can clear this screen by hitting the "clear" button on the remote at which time I then have to reselect the program and start it going again.* I don't know if this is a Verizon problem or a Tivo Bolt problem but would appreciate your help in getting this fixed (it occurs maybe once every *** to * hours of operation).
