If you believe you have been overcharged on your billing please review the previous months bill and the new bill to compare where the charges may have come from. This could also be a result of energy use based on the seasons or time of year.
The issue in GetHuman-catmbl's own words
I was told that the price for Internet and landline would be $** * change if taken out of checking account monthly. Also I was told that there was no charge for installation. So why did I did I get a bill of $***.**?????????????*The phone * is ***-***-**** and account ends in: ***-*****My email address is : *****@***.com*Do not send billing and info to : *****@***.com because this is my email at work and that is the reason I had internet installed home. You can answer this on the current email address for now.
