My bill has been wrong for almost a year. Nobody ever gets back to me as promised. A rep used to go into bill to change it every month but he was transferred. I should be charged a life line rate and was approved but they never changed it. Internet should be $**.** and they are charging me *** a month. Please call me asap ***-***-****. Please leave me a call back number if you miss me. I will have to contact a lawyer and the better business bureau if I do not hear back within ** hours. I have absolutely no internet.
