If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-generaly's own words
I bought a new phone and want to log into Venmo on my new device.**However, Venmo is asking for a verification code. The issue is that the verification code is being sent to an e-mail alias that no longer exists.**As such, I can't login to that e-mail and provide a code.

GetHuman-generaly did not yet indicate what Venmo should do to make this right.
