Spoke to a representative on the phone who deliberately hung up on me. She also answered the phone "hello?" and legitimately never gave me her name. It was like I was calling someone's house. My phone and wallet were stolen this weekend and I need to transfer my venmo funds to my checking account. They want a picture of a photo ID. LOL MY PHONE AND WALLET WERE STOLEN. I could go get my passport, but I'd still need to just knock on my neighbors' doors all day to see who'd let me use their phone, or wait until my husband gets home from his business trip. Like wtf is this stupid process. I didn't change the account, JUST TRANSFER MY FUNDS SO I CAN PAY MY RENT.
