hello good morning my name is migreys silva on November ** tranferi the sum of *** dollars by mistake to the person called madiuska halanya in turn, I sent an email to you asking them to help me for the error I had committed to cancel the transaction , today, November **, I receive an email from you saying that my account is frozen but that you took care of the payment of *** dollars and that said person received the money, they also ask me to pay the same *** $, my Question is, why did the transaction continue when I asked that they please cancel it or put a stop payment because I had the wrong person?
