I purchased a part with my myvanilla reloadable visa debit card. From a parts store, I didn't need the part so I returned it back to the store with the receipt. The cashier returned refunded the money back to my card. Before I left the part store I called the number on the back of the card. The rep asked me for the ** digit card number, my name, my mother maiden name, my date of birth, last four digits of my social security number, my full address including city state and zip I gave the rep. all of the above she stated how could I help you. I asked were my money back on my card yet from a return I just did at a parts store she stated I'm looking at it but it will take ** hours and then she said its not processed by the merchant yet. So I asked the the merchant and they told me once we did the return we have nothing else to do with it we sent it back right then. Its on your card end because its already in their system. I told the rep. what the part store said and The rep. told me again I had to wait ** hrs. Ok. The next day I called I get the same thing and it takes **hour and up to seven business days. So I called the next day same thing and the next day same thing and I'll get my money on my card Monday **-**-**. Monday comes Didnt get it called same thing told me **hours will beTuesday **-**-** and you will have it on your card then. Called Wednesday to make sure the money was on the card the guy said yes and I could use the card and told me the balance. Went to withdraw some money nothing no balance nothing. So i called them back. The lady told me everything she asked for to varify who I am was correct and then turned around and said i one thing didnt add up. Keep in mind from day one from Thursday **-*-** the day of the return I'm who I suppose to be with this card I haven't changed any information and all of a certain something wrong. Now i need to send in IDor Drivers License to prove to you all who I am no. Asked to speak with a supervisor. He told me that one thing didnt match and my card wasnt active i asked since when he said i cant tell you that and stated the same she stated that they was gone email the corporate office to activate my card back. And he said he would make sure. And i could use the card today **-**-**. Tried to reach them now i cant get through and I never went to try to use the card. To see if it was useable. At the beginning of all this i was able to check my balance without talking to them when i call that number and then all of a certain i couldn't and i had to talk to them for a balance. Now i cant get through to them or check my balance. Its like their just taking my money i originally had on the card. Everytime i asked to speak to someone in america they would state you can call back or i cant talk to a American. Just them they can help me. Hang up the phone when i tried to let them talk to managerat the parts store on several occasions. And hung up on me when i asked what number on the card agreement it state for a return or refund it takes ** hrs **hrs and or * business days. ** states what their talking about. ** is for returns and refunds and it dont state any of that. I know their taking people money and thats not right. I never had this problem with this card until i returned that part to the store. Before this i always got someone in america and had know problem. I need help with getting my money back and card straighten out so i can. Something should be done about this. I need to speak with someone in america. Because I'm being blocked from doing so. Its christmas. Money is tight and i needed that to get a christmas layaway off.
