get a refund ... I am requesting a refund for a game. There are bugs in the game that were said to be fixed, they wont reply to my tickets, and i tried to give it a fair try. I know that im past the "* hour" limit. BUT as it states in the refund page "It doesn't matter. Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours. There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look." I can still request a refund and. If there is no way for steam to refund this, how can i request a refund from the game developers themselves? All i am getting from steam is just automated denials. no human written response.
the game has been played long enough to be fair. and i tried to reach out to the devs, which you have to do in-game. still no response. the "* hour" play limit shouldnt apply, because the game is not as advertised.
I want a refund on worlds adrift. (mine and the one i gifted (i gifted to my wife, because we play games together)) and i would like it as a credit on steam.
been with steam a long time and im in good standing.
I tried contacting the game developers, but have received no response.
