VRBO has my property listed but if you do a search for my property with no criteria my property is never found when a year ago it was found. I have lost over $**,*** in revenue because of this with over ** complaints and VRBO has done nothing to correct it

I am trying to have my property displayed on VRBO so I can get bookings ... I am a Vrbo homeowner or host, I have lost a lot of business because VRBO is not a listing my property the way it should be listed. I have made over ** complaints and I’m getting no response from VRBO other than everything is fine when it’s not. I need help because there are impossible to deal with and nothing gets done. My property used to be as a premier member in the first ** to *** properties with no criteria other than just Asheville North Carolina. For the last ** months my property is not found a less you put dates. When there are other **** properties that pop up on pictures without no dates or no criteria. If you put my max amount of people with the six my property still does not pop up. Only if you put dates. Since this is been going on I have lost so much revenue. I have made over ** complaints to VRBO and and customer service does the exercise with me and they see the problem they have to send an email to the next department which is where the problem is and nothing gets done. I am still fighting this problem. I also opened up a second account based on recommendation from VRBO Customer service and for six weeks my property was not viewed because of the same problem. The customer service girl went back to my old property and they still haven’t paid me back my $*** which at this point I’m disputing with my bag it’s been about five weeks now and I’ve not heard anything back from VRBO. I need this resolved. I need to know why my property is not being treated like the other properties? I need answers.
Is that my property is not being viewed therefore I’m not getting any business
I want my property as a paid homeowner viewable so I can continue getting businesses like the other *** properties that are in my market
I have given VRBO over five years of income and this is the way they’re treating me
I have tried over *** phone calls with Vrbo and nothing has off because you could only talk to one customer service person who answered the phone and they said that they will let the other departments know and therefore nothing ever gets done
