I am sending this to VRBO because Home Away is now VRBO. On June **, **** I booked a * night stay through HomeAway at Property No. ******* (Reservation ID HA-E*RqBvh). On June **, **** I received an email from Mike Z Rentals informing me the reservation was being canceled because the stay did not meet the * day minimum required by the HOA at the location that was booked (in Naples, FL). The email indicated I would receive a full refund. The total mount for this reservation was $***.**. I have received a credit of $**.** Service Fee from that transaction but have not received a credit for the balance ($***.**). I have been patient about the credit but it is now over a month and the credit should have been issued. If I don't hear back about this credit by July **, **** I I will have no choice by to file a complaint with the Credit Cart Company involved in this transaction.
