Hello,**My family of ** have a current vacation rental booked through you in Costa Rica in early June. We live in PA, USA. * of the the ** are elderly and will not be able to travel for an unclear period of time that could be * years or more due to COVID and uncertain time of getting a vaccine. Our airline will likely be cancelling our ability to get to Costa Rica in the very near future. It is u likely we can travel there next year as * other people on the reservation will be starting college and the preparation for this has been delayed and will likely take place of vacations in the upcoming year. * of our party are physicians and nurses and will likely need to be available at work as this crisis continues Costa Rica has a quarantine policy of * weeks and our trip is only booked for * days and there is no way for us to stay that long anyway as we are needed back at work. The villa owner will not refund and states credit for * yr. i find this unreasonable. We did not purchase insurance as we had every intention of going and could not predict a pandemic. Another trip that was cancelled for us was through Air B and B and they were gracious enough to refund our money. I see your site is encouraging owners to refund. If we are cancelled and this is out of our control can you assist?
