Hello**I booked and paid for family accomadation at the following address **** Ocean Dr*Miami Beach, FL *****.**The studio apartment overlooked a courtyard restaurant ( not mentioned in the ad) . While this isn't a problem to us, the volume of music coming into our room was , in particular , the music started at *:** in the morning and went off at *am. This meant that there was never a sufficient timeframe for us to sleep , a reasonable time frame would be * hours. The music was so loud that it could be heard over the other neighbouring businesses. We got no sleep at all . The amplifier was approx ** feet away from my headboard . We had no choice but to leave after that night . We are a family of four , and stayed in the neighbouring Catalina Hotel . ** We advised the owner* manager Lyndon Ontivero of our intention to leave the property after Night *of our * Night stay . And asked for another room, but none was available. We also asked for a refund , given that we were forced to leave , we had no choice . The noise was incredible . **Lyndon Ontivero was no help to us. In fact his English was very poor when we tried to speak with him. He also told us that he didn't own the property , that he just shows the property . He has since offered us a stay on another date . But I need to point out that were visiting Miami from Ireland, we wont or can't just drop over for a weekend ! We ended up paying for the VRBO and also for a hotel , plus the part of our trip that was supposed to offer us rest and relaxation turned out to offer us nothing but stress , unrest and additional bill . We want and deserve a refund. **I am disgusted with VRBO , I have used similar service with Air B&B and never experienced such a lack of customer support as I have with VRBO. Please can you request refund on our behalf from Lyndon Ontivero . If you view the ad , you will see that it was absolutely appropriate for our family, I don't know how he has the sheer audacity * neck to do this to people .. Its just not right . **I haven't added a review to VRBO regarding our stay.
