My family and I are booked into a VRBO, res * HA-**BN*y Dec *-**. There was a SNAFU in the booking as the owner agreed to $****night and VRBO initially charged me at $****night. The difference between those, $***, was refunded to my credit card but the difference in the service charged at the higher rate, $***, and at the lower rate, $***, was not refunded, nor was the difference in the lodging tax, $***.** based on the higher fee and $***.** based on the lower fee. Also, VRBO charged me $** for insurance but I was also charged this amount twice by CSA-GGA. So, based on my math I am still owed a refund $*** for the fee differences plus the $** (Total $***) charged by VRBO that was billed directly by the insurance company (I will contact them about having charged me twice). I contacted the owner and let him know about this, so he is OK with the refund but said I needed to go through you to receive it. Thank you.
