Just wondering if I have to look for a new TV I have model *M***SV purchased in Dec. ****. The problem is my remote does not work at all with the TV have to use the rear panel buttons to turn off and on. I have direct tv and that remote works except turning on the tv or turning the power off. I have replaced batteries, ordered a new remote thinking that might be the problem but was not. The remote was working the first part of November as i used the input to watch a movie. Later that month I tried the remote and absolutely nothing. I have noticed lately that once in a while the picture goes away for a second or two and then returns.
GetHuman1678679 did not yet indicate what VIZIO should do to make this right.
