The issue in GetHuman-hejiheja's own words
My name is Liyun Wang, I booked this flight for my brother in law. The flight reservation is BM*MF*. The reason I booked the earliest flight was he could get to his business on time in Hawaii. And guess what happened yesterday was so ridiculous! Not only the flight got delayed and delayed for several times for several hours. And my brother in law was supposed to have only one stop in Chicago, and then to Hawaii! However, after Finally he got on the flight to Chicago at **:**am which was four hours delay already. Then he was told in Chicago that he would need to take a transit flight to Los Angeles and then transit to Hawaii, which he never got any notification in advance. He had to make a several phone calls to rearrange his business meeting. And of course, the flight to Los Angeles got delayed as well—from supposedly **:**pm to *:**pm. And when he finally get to Los Angeles, flight got delayed as expected as well. Was saying delayed for two hours, and then ended up no flight at all. My brother in law had to make phone calls and cancelled all his business meeting. That was sooo rediculous!!! I would never ever book flight with United airline again. You can’t just change the whole ticket from only one stop to two stops, which cost me nearly $*** extra!!! And without any explanation, my brother in law was told to contact the person who booked the flight for him to find out the reasons!!! Sooo ridiculous!!! And so disappointed!!!
