You are my last hope. *Here goes....*I applied for benefits **********.*I received notice of monetary decision informing me that I’ll receive $*** weekly. I received his letter on **********.*After viewing the employers and wage amount for the base period I noticed there were two employers with wages over $**** that they had not had on file. I tried for days to upload documentation and to add those two employers without success due to their glitchy system. *Wages they were missing: *Sundance Homes Jan-March *****$*,****Sheegog Contracting July-Sept **** *$****.** *I finally added these and uploaded all documentation with appeal. *At this point they had already deposited my back pay based on $*** weekly. *The purpose of my appeal was so the correct wages earned were calculated into my weekly amount which would have equaled $*** weekly. **They denied the Sundance Homes wages and claimed “untimely request”*I appealed this untimely ruling and applied for benefits due to it being *the start of the new quarter **********. *I applied and was deemed eligible for $*** weekly assistance but my funds were immediately placed on hold due to the appeal for wages with Sundance. **It’s now ********** and my funds are still on hold. **I have sent ** faxes, * emails to the appeals department and have not received a response.**I called yesterday and surprisingly got a live person who looked into my connect account and said “there wasn’t anything on her end displaying a reason why my funds should be on hold.” She then said she would place me on a brief hold while she speaks with her supervisor to see if they can get this sorted out. I waited on hold for * hour and ** mins and the phone disconnected. **As soon as I receive these funds I can start working!!! **Please help me, I understand that you’re over worked, overwhelmed, and read **** of these a day but if you can take a few moments to point me in the right direction I would be forever grateful. **Oh, when I log onto my UI CONNECT account it says “I have a claim that is in the adjudication process” it’s been saying this for a month now.
