I decided to reinstall rainbow six siege, and when I got onto it for the first time in a year, I found my account was hacked. There were multiple times where ubisoft emailed me my account was being accessed by a foreign IP but I ignored it not realizing that RS*, the game I own on ubisoft, is on the platform and that's the account they were hacking. They changed my name so I just changed my name back to its original one, changed my password and enabled two factor authentication. I also saw that my ranked KD was high, but I never played ranked on my account as well as all of my friends being blocked from my list and new friends being added. Unfortunately I deleted all the emails that were sent about a foreign IP logging into my account since I disregarded them as something I wouldn't need to worry about till now. If I could get my account unbanned and perhaps the ranked stats wiped that would be great. Thank you.
