GET WHAT I PAID FOR ! ... The game is rainbow six siege. *My name is Paul Ebanks *My Xbox One Game ID is IconoclastRadio. The email associated with the Xbox One is J*****@***.com*I paid Ubisoft $** for a currency pack to purchased the "Iron Mask" for the operator Capitao. It shows I have a "IRON MASK" but it is missing during game play.*Looking for a solution to this problem online, I've notice that this is a serious problem that has been going on for well over a year with Ubisoft not finding a solution. *At the Ubisoft forum it seems Ubisoft is trying to hide the complaints of this issue people are having by putting the key word "iron mask" in every rainbow six siege post .*Also I've documented that there is no Video on youtube or twitch of "ANYONE" playing Rainbow Six Siege with the operator Capitao in in the "IRON MASK" headgear.*I'm new to online gaming. I've only been doing it for * weeks.*I don't know how you have gotten away with this for so long.*I expect to see the Capitao Operator in an Iron Mask available in game play that I paid for, or I'm going to find a lawyer that will help me sue Ubisoft.*In the mean time I'm making a youtube video showing what I've found Ubisoft is doing to children and adults, and encourage people to file a class action law suit with me.
GetHuman-jewspira did not yet indicate what Ubisoft should do to make this right.
